Not sure what salad it was, but it came with chicken and about every fruit on the planet, and it was all extremely fresh. The line was long, yet the service was fast, and I waited about 10 minutes max....
next time you are at Panera Bread, get a couple Blueberry bran muffins, they are so fresh, they rate right up there with Smith's Bakery and Bagels and Blenderz for places in Bakersfield that have the fresh pastries!
